Guiding You Through the Structure

of Universal Consciousness​​

The Spectrum of Creation® method builds upon the foundational Process of Creation, developed by our sister school, The School of Creation®. Individuals who have completed the 10 Steps of the Process of Creation are now invited to expand their learning to a higher, more universal level. While the School of Creation® explores consciousness through the planetary wisdom of our Solar System, the Spectrum® of Creation takes the next evolutionary step—guiding participants into the Cosmic level of connection and understanding, where the deeper wisdom inherent in individual constellations and the greater Universe is revealed.

Foundation: Life on Earth

​

We start by grounding attention in the body’s relationship with the Earth. Participants are guided to notice the subtle yet powerful sensation of being held by the planet’s gravity. This foundational awareness connects the physical with the energetic, inviting a mindful exploration of the chakras and subtle energy centers, cultivating presence and inner stability. Here we also learn about the principles of the Father, Mother, Child Archetypes and their collaboration within us.

 

Expanding Awareness Through the Solar System
Starting from a grounded, embodied awareness (feeling connected to the Earth and your own body), the practice broadens your focus outward to encompass the celestial bodies of the Solar System — the Moon, the Sun, and the planets. This is done through mindful techniques like body scans and tuning into energy fields, which help participants feel rather than just think about their place in the larger Cosmic pattern or flow.

 

Within this expanded awareness, participants are introduced to the Process of Creation—which explores the unique, intrinsic consciousness or energetic qualities attributed to each planet. This method invites you to attune to the distinct "vibrational essence" or archetypal nature of these celestial bodies, integrating their wisdom to enrich your personal experience and deepen your understanding of your place within the Universe.

 

Opening the Astral Body After grounding and expanding awareness through the physical body and the Solar System, the next stage is to develop sensitivity to the Astral Body — the subtle energy field that surrounds and extends beyond the physical body. This practice helps participants experience aspects of themselves that go beyond the purely physical, opening up to non-physical or energetic dimensions. Importantly, this step includes learning about the nature of thoughts: recognizing that not all thoughts originate from our personal self or conscious mind. Some thoughts may come from external or Universal sources—other layers of consciousness or Cosmic intelligence.​

Tuning into the Stars and Cosmic Wisdom

The Spectrum of Creation® practice invites participants to develop a subtle, receptive connection with the stars—not merely as distant celestial bodies, but as radiant sources of wisdom and intelligence. By attuning to their essence, we begin to experience their presence entering our awareness, offering guidance, insight, and inspiration. The participant comes to sense the Cosmos not as something "out there," but as intimately connected to their inner world—something they can engage with and enter into dialogue through an awakened inner knowing.

 

Through this practice of combining our self-acquired knowledge on Earth with the deeper wisdom of the Universe, we learn to integrate this cosmic understanding to our daily challenges and endeavors—fostering broader perspectives, clearer insight, and more refined practices. In essence, this work is about opening ourselves to receive the subtle wisdom the stars carry, allowing Cosmic consciousness to become a real and active presence—and even a guiding force—within our everyday lives and experiences. ​
